Completed Playlist Sharing Reverting

Hi, I see 4.8 was released.  I looked around all the menu options, can't seem to figure how how to share a playlist.  I see the option to "Manage Collaboration", but that always defaults back to private even after changing it.  Any advise?

 

update:  

I see my mistake; I have to enable sharing in the user profile.

Hi there @briosyes glad you found it. The truth is, that menu option should be hidden if the permission is not granted, and this will be resolved in 4.8.1. Thanks.

I'm feeling really dense here, but I can't seem to find where to share it in the user profile, can someone help? The only option I see is under 'Access' and I am unable to make any changes to that. Thank you.
