Luke 42080 Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 Hi, As a test, can one of you try starting the server from a windows command prompt using this command line: embyserver.exe -noskia -novips Does it crash this way?
tassos9999 1 Posted February 5, 2024 Author Posted February 5, 2024 Hello.. I tried it but same error..
Luke 42080 Posted February 5, 2024 Posted February 5, 2024 OK please follow along here: It looks like the problem is isolated to 32-bit installs.
Luke 42080 Posted February 7, 2024 Posted February 7, 2024 If you're on Windows 32-bit and seeing crashing on startup, we'll be getting a 4.8.1 update out to resolve this. If you need immediate relief, the fix is already in the beta channel in version 4.9.0.1+. Thanks guys.
