App Unlocks & Premiere

Question;
If one pays to unlock the Android app and then subsequently pays for premiere does the unlocked/paid app count towards the premiere device limit? IE if I paid to unlock Android and then paid for premiere do I get 26 devices rather than 25?

Hi.  At this time, the unlocked app will not count against your device limit.

Paying for the app doesn't unlock other premiere features beyond just playing though, surely?
