Nvidia shield not playing atmos

My shield is at version 2.1.00g and is not playing sound in atmos my file is atmos same as the rest of my equipement it says audio codec : dollby+ direct 5.1 do I nedd an other apk for the shield?

Hi.  That means the app is sending the stream untouched.

Actually just checked my receiver says

Input : Dolby Atmos/DD+

Output: Dolby Atmos /5.1.2 ch

So I guess I am good!
