Where is Server 4.8 announcement?

I didn't think about the built-in release notes until just now.  I'm glad for those!

Seems to be a few duplicate items in the release notes, with just slightly different wording, e.g.,

Fixes for multi-part and multi-version videos being used together

Resolve issue of multi-part and multi-version not being able to be used together

That’s because they added it one patch broke stuff and probably had issues so they fixed the fix.  If they had proper notes with dates and versions like .60 and .64 in sequence would be easier to see.

It would be nice to have an announcement for 4.8 before 4.9 or 5.0 is released ... just sayin', cuz you know, it just seems like a reasonable thing.
