Windows 8 Store App PlayTo and Resume to Xbox One issues

I have two issues to report, both with the Windows 8 Store App and Xbox One playback.

 

1. When I use the app to play a TV show using PlayTo, the video starts streaming to my Xbox One but the remote control "screen" shows with all buttons disabled.  if I go back to the show details, swipe up and select Remote, the controls display just fine.
2. While showing this feature to the family, I saw the Resume button when selecting the PlayTo button. Streaming to my Xbox One looks to start but then never does and video playback stops and never resumes.

 

This is a great app, would love to see these bugs addressed.

The 2 issue, I'm uncertain if it's a app issue or a Xbox one issue.
