Moving Emby from one PC to a New PC.

I just got a new PC.  I have been using EMBY for several years.  How can I move the library information from the old PC to the New PC.  Things like currently watching, etc?

I went through the document, at one place it says.  "Shut down Emby Server."  I do not see how to do that.

By Task Manager?
