Downloaded audio file vs video file issue.

Hey Luke,

 

Thanks for your patient dealing with my father passing.

So I downloaded the Audio file (from emby server) to the IOS app / I also downloaded a video file, the video file STORES where I left off, the Audio file does not. when I exit the app and came back to the app the Video file is actually in the continued watching, and will pick up where I left off, the AUDIO file however does not appear in the "continue watching" and does not pick up where I left off.

 

Since I'm downloading the files and not streaming them from the server, attaching the server logs doesn't seem like it would matter. what can I help with / provide to assist resolving this issue - if you are interested in resolving it of course

Hi. Is the download from a music library or audio book library?

Music library, would marking it as a audio book library make a difference?

okay I will rebuild the library as Audio books and test it that way.

Keep in mind that will cause other differences that you might not like. If it's music, then I think it's best to keep the library as music.
