What has happened to tech support around here....where's Carlo?

Tech support around here used to be awesome and quick.  Carlo was on the ball and would DM me and help me solve my issues rather quickly.  Him and I became online friends over emby messaging but now it takes him days or weeks to read my messages and I rarely see him post.  Carlo is the one who originally got my Ceton card working in a short bit years ago and I have used what I remember from that to keep it working and building a new server with a different card.

I need his help now as he is sharp and could figure out my issues rather quickly but he seems to be MIA lately.  Carlo is a great guy, I really want to talk to him....LOL

Hi.  Carlo has had to step away for a while due to some health issues.  We hope he is back with us soon.

Oh my that is horrible, I will have to keep him in my prayers.  He is a great guy.
