nodiaque 62 Posted February 1, 2024 Posted February 1, 2024 Hello, I'm having a recurring problem on my library metadata fetching. Problem is randomly, pictures will disappear or the metadata will overwrite for something that had just no sens. Here an exemple of wrong metadata. The show was ok last time I've checked and now, it' showing this. I have this foreign TV Show called "unintentional love story". It was added in march 2023. For unknown reason, it like to change to "harold and Armani" Looking at the description, it shoes: Which is the description of "Harold and Armani". Looking at the episode, they match Unintentional Love story but with weird order. Like this tv show have 10 episode named episode 1 to 10, but I have episode 22, 35 (Etc) and they match the description of the supposed episode x. Like this is episode 4 Now, if I do "identify", we can see I have the tvdbid in the path If I search with that tvdbid, it will find the match And once I press execute, it will fix. But for how much time? Don't know, it will sooner or later revert to Harold and Armani. This also happen to other series and I don't know what to do anymore. Sometime it's juste images that are gone, sometime it's the name and description/episode that are screwed like this. I'm running Emby in a docker onto Unraid 6.2.15. Emby version 4.7.14.0 Thank you embyserver.txt
Luke 42080 Posted February 1, 2024 Posted February 1, 2024 Hi, did it happen during the time of this log file, or what is this log file from?
nodiaque 62 Posted February 1, 2024 Author Posted February 1, 2024 I have no idea when it happened. Someone just notified me of it. With the number of shows I have, I don't see right away what's going on. So I just took the log I had while I'm pretty sure it won't be usefull
Luke 42080 Posted February 1, 2024 Posted February 1, 2024 OK, then it's going to be hard to determine what happened in the past, so if you can get it to happen with a new show then please try to capture the emby server log as soon as you can. Thanks.
