PLAYER_ERROR_INVALID_OPERATION while trying to play a file

Emby for samsung version 1.7.0

Tizen OS version 1602

Emby server for android version 4.7.14.0

Android version 14 Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 

The file plays properly when casting directly to emby tv app but the pause, forward and backward functions don't work. But when I try to play the file directly from my TV app (without casting) it gives the error "PLAYER_ERROR_INVALID_OPERATION" and only a black screen is displayed.
