How can I simulate the worst cruise ship internet easily? So I can test out different video files to see what works best before a cruise when using Emby ?

Wish there was a way in Emby but I know that will never happen.

Hi.  The problem with cruise internet is usually that it is so non-uniform.  I would suggest downloading content...

I mean the speed can vary greatly from minute to minute - a terrible situation for trying to stream media.
