How to play home videos ?

Hi, I have started using emby and i am very happy with it. There's only one thing i can't resolve yet. My home videos are being played upside down or in the way that it is not filmed. Same videos with Emby on my iPhone are just doing OK. I havent found possibility to change that during the play of the video. Can someone help me ?

I am using Emby app on Samsung Smart TV. I haven´t had any error messages and the video was playing but as already sad and as you can see in the attached example the video is tilted. The same video on my phone with Emby app is playing normal. i have done test again between 19.42 and 19.45. Log file attached.

Hi, can you update to Emby Server 4.8 and then refresh metadata on that video. Then try to play again from the Samsung app. Does that help?

Hi, unfortunatelly it remain the same. I see that this is only happening with H264 format. I case of MJPEG it work as it suppose to work. I hope this can help in further investigation.
