LDAP - Add restrict item parental control - new user defaults

It would be good if an option in the LDAP plugin could be added under the new user defaults section, which lets you set a default 'restrict item with tags' (parental control). Currently you can only 'Maximum allowed parental rating'

Hi, yes I agree this makes sense. We need to rework the user permission screen so that it can be reused from within ldap and that would allow all options to be accessed. Right now it just has a select few.
