brianjohnkey 2 Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 Sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot, but I'm having a weird issue with my Android apps and Windows server. I have the android app installed on both my Google Pixel 6 and my Samsung Tablet with a premium account. I was watching on my TV/Chromecast after initiating a stream from my phone and things were goin just fine until it suddenly just stopped playing and the Android app was complaining that the server needed to be updated and directed me to emby.media. The Windows Emby program is the latest version. I downloaded and reinstalled it again, just for good measure, but the Android apps still complain it's out of date. Both Android apps are the latest versions. Emby functions perfectly from the Windows 11 laptop I have it installed on... I can load the interface and watch streams on the laptop. I can even cast the laptop stream to either of my android devices on the network, but I cannot get access to the server from either Android device. I'm not sure how that makes any sense. Can anyone help with this? Everything was working fine up until today. I have restarted all the devices and even my network but nothing changes. Thanks.
