Hardware encoding seems to fail with certain video files

As the title states i found some 4k HDR video files will fail with the hardware encoder.  Checking the logs it seems to be this cuda error, but I could be wrong. I have full logs attached. 

12:20:34.248 [AVHWDeviceContext @ 0x26c8140] cu->cuMemFree((CUdeviceptr)data) failed -> CUDA_ERROR_ILLEGAL_ADDRESS: an illegal memory access was encountered

Im not sure how to pull the full media codec information off emby server, but when I get home I can check the file directly if that would be needed.  It at least says "4K HEVC HDR10".

Not sure if it will be useful, but here is a log of a similar file(at least with whats reported in emby) that is able to successfully use hardware
