Luke 42077 Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 Hi @jirhoI would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter: Connectivity Please try the steps listed there and let us know which ones succeed and which ones do not. Thanks !
Luke 42077 Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 How did you confirm that the ports are open?
jirho 1 Posted January 23, 2024 Author Posted January 23, 2024 (edited) I opened the ports in the modem configuration, additionaly, the devices in the wifi network can access to the webmin page (same ip diferent port). Edited January 23, 2024 by jirho
Luke 42077 Posted January 23, 2024 Posted January 23, 2024 What do you mean by modern configuration? can you show a screenshot?
jirho 1 Posted January 24, 2024 Author Posted January 24, 2024 I mean the modem/router configuration (the modem in my house generate the wifi network). The port 8096 is open.
Luke 42077 Posted January 24, 2024 Posted January 24, 2024 Can you show screenshot(s) of how you configured it? Thanks.

jirho 1 Posted January 24, 2024 Author Posted January 24, 2024 Thanks, man, very interesting, but I dont found this feature in my modem settings, although I have the guest wifi network, maybe the option is hiden somewhere. However, in additional information, I can ping and access sucessfully from the devices connected to the wifi to the server, only emby is blocked. Maybe the local LAN option in the network page of emby configuration? Sry for the bad inglish
