Maybe you could send me another log with Kodi debug mode enabled, but please via PM. Kodi debug log could include your private API key for Emby server.

yes. for both the movies and episodes but the movies work and episoded don't.

even now 12+ hours later True Detective S04E01 hast synced to kodi but in that time another movie has been picked up by radarr, imported and synced to the emby and koid libraries with no interference from me

As mentioned, the only odd I can see is, that Emby server removed the same episode after adding it:

Look at the last line from Emby's log. Did you manually remove the episode again after adding?

I see the removed item Id incoming on Kodi, but couldn't be remove it cause it was never downsynced in the first place.

the file is still sitting on the drive exactly as it was when i copied it there.

 

wierd because the episode is still in embys library, so its trying to remove it even though the files still there and its still in the library
