Page up/down not working on home screen on some windows 10 machines

I have a big list of libraries.

Theater Version 3.0.20.0

On one laptop, page up/page down works on the home screen, on 2 other systems paging does nothing. If I open a library, paging works on all systems.

I don't see anything in the Theater logs related to paging.

HI, what is selected when you press this?

On the machine that works, Home is selected, on the other machines, the first library under My Media is selected when I first launch Emby.

Same user on all machines.

OK this is only implemented for going up and down in a vertical list of items.

I don't know what you mean. That doesn't make sense. Same user, same libraries, works on one system but not 2 others. If I open a library from My Media, I can page up and down on a system that won't page on the home screen.
