LG Client not playing some media, but iphone client does

I've noticed this on a couple of films. The LG client sees the metadata, you click play the screen goes blank and nothing happens. But use the firestick or iPhone and it plays ok.

One example is Downsizing, if you look down the log you can see it fail. I hope the ffmpeg files are of use. I changed the domain to <URL>.com in the emby server log file. I also noticed a permissions problem with camera uploads that I've now fixed.

Any suggestions?

Had the same thing on a few lg tvs. Problem was the os/app. When i changed the subtitles (pgssubs/Image subs didnt work) and Set the home/internet speed to max (not auto), all movies played fine. Maybe this work for you too
