It’s not my server I’m just subscribed to it. I could tell them if they need to do something though.

Hi don't see the relevance of me being a user rather than the person who is maintaining a server.

Given you're from the emby team can you suggest actual solutions or next steps, like should I report the issue and where?

Hi.  Because our terms of use explicitly prohibit that kind of use so I'd like to know to whom you have subscribed.

Sorry what kind of use are you actually referring to?

The initial message that kicked of this thread was from a person who has “a couple of users” who are having issues… you make no sense.

Your use of the word "subscribe" raises the red flag. Hence the alarms are going off.

Oh I see! haha By subscribed I meant that I’m not maintaining it or am able to edit stuff so in my mind it’s a subscription.

Regardless I’m still having issues on tvOS and am unsure if there is a fix or so I need to wait for a new release and hope it’s sorted?
