4k problem

Greetings,

I am currently experiencing an issue with my Xiaomi Mi Box S 4K. Specifically, while watching 4K movies, I encounter a recurring problem where the movie freezes for approximately 2 seconds every minute before resuming. I have replicated this issue with different 4K movies. Interestingly, when watching 4K TV shows, I do not encounter the problem.

Initially, I was using Wi-Fi on my Mi Box S, but in an attempt to resolve the issue, I purchased the UGREEN USB 3.0 Ethernet Adapter USB to RJ45 Network 1000Mbps. Unfortunately, despite this hardware upgrade, the problem persists.

I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you could provide to address this issue.
