cant connect from remote access

hi all ,

i just installed the emby server the in home acceess work perfectly . but in the control panel i dont see the remote access address 
i checked my firewall ant i the the 2 portforwarding rules . any sugestions ?

Have you enabled Remote Access in the Networking settings page?

yes i did

ok i changed the menu to english and now i can see my WAN ip  i tried to connect to the server from my phone but i got this errore " unable to reach the server

Have you done the checks at the end of this page:

I.e. the canyouseeme.org check and maybe the tracert one as well?
