Vantage point or any kind of intros

Good Afternoon everyone. For the life of me I cannot get any kind of intros to play. I have tried every combo I can think of to have some bumpers play before movie. I have done a library scan each time and I can play my bumpers just fine in emby on their own. but to have them play before the movie they just wont work. Not sure what I am doing wrong. and not sure what log I should grab to post here.  I have tried both Vantage point and Cinema Intros. both are working the same. I am trying to play mp4 videos. Thoughts or ideals would be appreciated.
