Am I Overthinking This?

A little help here please. I'm new to trying this type of tech/program and I'm a bit overwhelmed. I have 2 Windows laptops. Both have the Server and Theater installed on them. They both have different Emby account usernames, passwords, (and email addresses when I signed up for Emby Connect) on them. One laptop will be hosting the media. The user account that's being used on the laptop WITHOUT the media is unable to connect to the server that is hosting the media on the other machine. I signed up for Emby Connect with both user accounts on both machines with their own unique credentials. I have 2 separate servers set up (one on each laptop), and I have the Emby app downloaded on my Android device. Using the android app, I've not been able to connect to Emby Server that's hosting the media. I'm signing in on the Android app (using the Emby Connect method) as the user account that's associated with the machine that's not hosting the media but I cannot get it to establish a connection. Am I doing too much? Do I even need 2 different user accounts or servers? I just don't understand this much.

My question is why are you having two servers the whole point of emby is to have one server and have many clients. I have my server on a mini pc that I use Theater on and that is my main HTPC. On the other smart tv and apple devices I have emby clients that connect to the Mini pc.

If I was you I would remove one server and just set one where it has the media. Then start with emby theater and web client to see that you can play the media on that pc if yes than go to another device and start connecting to that server that you have set up. When I do anything like that for easy troubleshooting disable firewall then start testing and if it works than enable firewall.
