Need a api to scan the single folder

Why: I use fuse file system as my media path. So emby can not detect the changes so that the only way is to scan the whole library. It's okay in the small library, but it will spend a large time to scan a large library.

I request to add an API to enable scanning of individual folders, OR update some exist api, such as I can past a scan_path param to /Items/{Library_Id}/Refresh?

That means a lot for me, I am tired to fully scan a huge library which build at fuse file system
