justinrh 260 Posted January 3, 2024 Author Posted January 3, 2024 Uh, yes, thus the report. I guess I should have added that the guide says Circle instead of the actual THE365.
justinrh 260 Posted January 4, 2024 Author Posted January 4, 2024 (edited) Not sure, but probably in the past couple of weeks, or maybe since the 1st. I just noticed it on another guide service I use, but I don't know when it got the update or when the channel actually changed. And just to head off any confusion, it looks like the local station WAFF white-labeled the channel as "WAFF365", but the network is THE365. Edited January 4, 2024 by justinrh
justinrh 260 Posted January 12, 2024 Author Posted January 12, 2024 Checking to see if any action has been taken on this.
ebr 16169 Posted January 12, 2024 Posted January 12, 2024 Usually these get corrected after a few days. We have passed it on to the provider.
justinrh 260 Posted January 15, 2024 Author Posted January 15, 2024 Update: It looks like the THE365 schedule is being used, but the icon and network name is still Circle. 50% fixed.
ebr 16169 Posted January 16, 2024 Posted January 16, 2024 I wonder if that is a caching issue. Can you try removing and re-adding the channel mapping?
justinrh 260 Posted January 16, 2024 Author Posted January 16, 2024 If I do that, will my faves, show/hide states, and custom ordering get messed up?
ebr 16169 Posted January 17, 2024 Posted January 17, 2024 Don't remove the channel, just the mapping to the guide data and then put it back.
justinrh 260 Posted January 17, 2024 Author Posted January 17, 2024 Sorry for being dunce but I can't follow you. Are you asking me to delete X in the pic? And if I do that and add it back, all the customizations in the circle will not be lost?
ebr 16169 Posted January 18, 2024 Posted January 18, 2024 Hi. No. I want you to just change the mapping for that one channel. Go to that Channels tab and click on the "..." next to that channel. Now remove the guide data mapping or map it to some other channel temporarily, save, run a guide refresh. Then go back and put the mapping back correct again, save and run another guide refresh. Does that get the right logo for the channel?
justinrh 260 Posted January 18, 2024 Author Posted January 18, 2024 Interesting - I didn't know guide mapping could be per channel. I did what you said. Refresh automatically kicks off after Save, but I refreshed again anyway. No change, it still says Circle.
justinrh 260 Posted January 20, 2024 Author Posted January 20, 2024 No. Was something supposed to have changed since Thursday?

justinrh 260 Posted January 20, 2024 Author Posted January 20, 2024 Nope. "No change, it still says Circle."

justinrh 260 Posted January 21, 2024 Author Posted January 21, 2024 Yes, that's right. I did not answer Luke correctly. I was thinking of the progression of this issue (how only the network name/icon was still incorrect) when he asked. The data appears to be correct. Sorry about that confusion.
ebr 16169 Posted January 21, 2024 Posted January 21, 2024 Do you have a test server or any way you could spin one up on a portable install to see if a fresh install of the tuner/guide syncs up the proper image?

justinrh 260 Posted January 21, 2024 Author Posted January 21, 2024 (edited) Is the "Guide Data Setup" Country list intentionally not alphabetically sorted? Edited January 21, 2024 by justinrh
ebr 16169 Posted January 22, 2024 Posted January 22, 2024 16 hours ago, justinrh said: The unmapped channel still shows Circle: Okay, well that indicates that the name is coming from your tuner, not the guide data.
justinrh 260 Posted January 22, 2024 Author Posted January 22, 2024 Right, I can't get the guide lineup to populate ... so that is all I have.
