Synology Emby issue with one folder - can't read

hi,

 

I've Emby installer on my Synology NAS with the latest available version.

I've mapped 2 folders:

• Films Filles
• Films

The first one works like  a charm on my TV or other device. The second one works on no device at all.

I consistently get the following: " Aucun flux compatible n'est actuellement disponible. Veuillez réessayer plus tard ou contactez votre administrateur ".

Note that Emby access is granted for the user I'm using on Emby. Same on group & users' access on My synology panel.

I'm a bit lost as rights & settings are exactly the same for these 2 folders located on the root of my NAS.

 

Not sure if it's 100% safe to attached the log here. Will share in mp if needed.

Looks like the server is being denied access to your file.

Thanks for your answer. I've been on the "System Internal User" but can't see Emby in there...

Any other idea where I can grant access to this folder by any chance?

Hi, did you go through the article I linked to above? What version of dsm?
