Thumbnails for MP4 Video files

Hello,

 

I have a folder full of videos that I downloaded randomly from a site. It is not public so Emby won't be able to find it.

The folder on windows shows thumbnails for each video.

How do I make Emby show thumbnails? On Emby it just shows blank.

Hi, try refreshing the metadata on those titles and see if that helps pull in an image.

Do you have screen grabber enabled in Image Fetchers in your lib settings?

I personally don't use it but it could help here?
