itgreen9 9 Posted January 1, 2024 Posted January 1, 2024 Hi all. I am unfortunately going to get in on this issue. I responded to one of these type posts almost a year ago and was told you all were working on it, but I am still having the same problem. I have tested not only Roku but Firestick and Google as well. They all seem to randomly have the same issue. Sometimes they will even start playing the next episode and suddenly stop within the first 1 to 2 min. The android app seems to advance with no issues but audio and video are randomly out of sync and sometimes I won't get video or audio at all... Last night I remoted into my server on Roku and with 10 min left in the movie it froze. I thought it was the video or my internet, but when I went to access on my phone it finished the movie with no issues. When I get to my computer I will send you logs so that you can take a look.
