Does anyone know how to hide the buttons on the playback interface?

These three buttons are not very useful to me.

Is there a way to hide it through CSS?

Actually Only Chapters button is useful and it should be placed before Info button. 

Chapters button should be placed in the leftmost position for easy and instant accessibility.

CSS applies only to local Web app, not on any other client apps (including Samsung SmartTVs).
