Conversion error (mkv/subtitle issue)

Hello,

I've encountered an issue where several movies won't play on my Samsung TV. The Emby app either crashes or the movie just keeps loading indefinitely.

I tried converting the movies into a more compatible format, but without success. All my conversion attempts have resulted in a "Failed" message.

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?
