I didn't mean that. Sorry for my bad English.

I was talking about Web app's TV mode like FF/Rew while holding down the button, but when you press once, it skips 5s to 30s as per options set in Playback Settings.

As per my knowledge, fast forward in Web app's TV mode and Android TV's Emby app works differently. But both of them are far better and faster than current FF/Rew of Samsung TV.

So I was suggesting to implement one of those. Thanks.

I understand what you mean, but all the navigation in the tizen app is managed by core code that is used by the web app.  That means that we can't easily change the behaviour for tizen without modifying the core code.

We also need to consider LG and other TV apps that use the same core code and would also benefit this change.  That is why @Lukewould need to advise on how he wants to handle.

I'll submit something for review and see if it works as a compromise.

Are you sure that 'Shift + Left/Right Arrow' really works?  It makes no difference to me - and looking at the code, holding down shift really doesn't change anything.

What ?? I am 100% sure it definitely works. And it is fastest. I will send a video if you wish. And Shift+Left/Right Arrow is an official shortcut provided by Emby.

Hey! Did you figure it out ? Shift+L/R Arrow works on my system and is there any new information regarding FF/rew issue ?

Thanks. You guys are awesome. Now, Samsung TV Emby app also has incremental seek speed with version 1.8.2.
