HI, does your ISP allow use of this port? Is your ISP using a CGNat?

¡Thank you for your time!

I don't know if my isp uses CGNAT but they open the ports and it worked perfectly with multiple PLEX servers on the same network. all ports open and directed to a local fixed IP in WINDOWS working great.

I don't know if anything additional is required in EMBY but I've been doing this for 4 days.
What could be the problem?

Port 8086 is for http connection " not secure, without ssl certificate "

Port 8920 is for https connection " Secure with ssl certificate "

So if you do not have a ssl certificate try to connect from the out side on your phone.

Try with from a browser, http://wan.IP:8096

But you can't use Lan ip when you connect to your server remote.

Then you would need Wan ip.

Plex has a relay feature where they can route everything through their cloud servers when a direct connection isn't possible. From a privacy standpoint, do you really want that?

In remote connection attempts, if the public IP appears, but the server does not connect.

I think I see the problem.

You are running behind some sort of weird VPN or CGNAT.

I'm don't think I can help you here.

You would have to ask you ISP about this.

@richenginneryou need to delete that screen shot again.

I can see your WAN IP, that's bad.

I wrote you an private message.
