Android TV playback stuttering

I am experiencing stuttering and buffering when trying to watch content on my Nvidia Shield TV Pro.  The issue also happens on my Pixel 8 Pro (which I sideloaded today with the most recent android app).  I do not experience buffering/stuttering when watching content via the browser.  The server is a docker container running on an ubuntu server.

I sent the log from my Nvidia Shield TV Pro on December 26 at approximately 2pm Eastern.  The user was Andrew.embyserver.txt

Hi.  From the app perspective, the data is just coming in too slowly and the player is having to wait.  What is the nature of the connection to the server?

Thanks for the quick feedback and log check!  I am currently serving abroad -- my server is in the United States, and the client is in Europe.  This appears to be a VPN issue, so I'll dig into that a bit.
