Offline access to App Settings

So I installed Emby Theater on my dad's laptop and dowoaded some TV shows for him to watch when travelling. All seems to work fine, but he finds the subtitles a bit to small. There's a setting to change it in the app settings, but how do you access that when offline? That part of the app seems to require to login to an Emby server.
