What do you mean by that?  Settings are either global (mostly changed in the server) or app specific (changed in the app concerned).

If you are changing app settings using the web app, most of those settings will not carry over to any other app.  This is not a Premiere matter.

On my other computer (different emby licence) I launch the emby server dashboard, click on the 'man' next to the settings wheel, and have the option to access premier.

on this computer I only get to access the web app

i need access to premier to change the player

The "key" must be entered on EVERY server that wants to use "Premier" features. So, enter the "key" on both computers (servers).

But your post is rather vague so, if English is not you native language, use whatever language you are most comfortable in and give details. In particular what do you need to access that you are not seeing. the phrase "on this computer I only get to access the web app" really means very little as "the web app" is exactly where almost every server controlled feature is configured, including those that require a "Premier" license.

Also what does "i need access to premier to change the player" mean? The player is generally a client device, like Roku or Fire TV, so that sentence is not very meaningful.

thanks for the reply. I want to run potplayer with madvr as a backend to emby. I have two premier keys, one for each computer.

Then I guess I will have to withdraw from this thread as I have never heard of either of those programs and I have no idea what they do and I have no clue why anyone needs back ends for Emby and I do not know why a premier license is needed for those.
But Emby is quite adaptable so, maybe, you can get everything working as you want.

Hi, are you doing this from the Emby Theater application or from your web browser?

This screenshot is of a web browser navigated to your servers web application...

Not the installable client application: Emby Theater.

Install Emby Theater if that's what you are wanting to use.

So, you want to use Potplayer instead of the built-in player in your Emby client.  This is nothing to do with Premiere, and nothing to do with the server either.  It is a facility in some clients.

For instance, in Windows Theatre for Desktop (the downloadable one, not the app), you go through the following procedure to set it up:
