Failure to install any plugin

Whenever I try to install any plugin, I first get the screen on emby that the plugin has been successfully installed, but in fact in the browser notifications it says that it has failed installation. And in fact after restarting the server the plugin does not appear. 
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the server, but the error persists in the same way.

Yes sure! I re-installed also emby server because It gaves me this errore.

I tried also to add a rule for firewall in/out

No nothing, i tried also using various internet provider. Same for DNS

OK well I can confirm that it appears something is blocking your connection but there's no way for me to determine why.
