Guide stopped working.

My guide is failing to update.  The refresh starts for about 1 second and closes.  I've attached the log file.

Also, I went through log and then deleted the guide for all echostar and direct tv guides and now it will update.

What is the URL host2  ?  that seems to be the problem.  When that is working, I will restore my server so I can have guide for those channels as well.

Same issue for me - this is quite a big issue since it disables the Channels setup screen altogether...

It's possible that Gracenote changed their lineups, meaning you might have to remove the guide data source and then add back a new one that they created. Can you try that? Thanks.

@LukeIndeed I added back a guide corresponding to DirectTV and it is now called USA-DITV-X in the logs and it works.

Is there any way to export the current channel mappings?  IE Channel 5 uses Directv channel 202?  I'll use my current guide mappings that don't work to know eastly what provider to get and what channel to pick on that provider.

If not, can I at least see the channels so I can go into them manually and get the mappings?

Currently no, sorry. Apologies for the disruption. We're talking to Gracenote this to prevent this from happening. Thanks.

You dont have to remove the guides, just update the lineup.

So if it was your direct TV guide that is now blank in the lineup just re-select DITV in your list and your channels will re-map to the new guide.

I actually found a simple fix.  for anyone who has this problem.  Shutdown the Emby server. Modify \Emby Server\Config\livetv.xml change the name of the quide services from <ListingsId>USA-ECHOST-DEFAULT</ListingsId> to <ListingsId>USA-ECHOST-X</ListingsId>.  Save the file.  Restart the server and the channel update will work.

Wouldn't just using the Emby UI to change the lineup also work?
