Emby media server not recording shows longer than 3 minutes

Hi I'm having a problem with my media servers pvr not recording shows properly, I setup recordings and they aren't showing on the schedule as active recordings, when I go see the recordings folder it only records 3 minutes of 1 channel not the full amount of time I setup for recording. I had setup 12 hour recordings to begin at 7am this morning and as you can see it didn't save the full recordings.

@bja93are you sure the urls in your  m3u are valid? Notice this:

If you take one of those urls and put it into a browser, does it download content, and does the download continue for more than three minutes?

I can confirm it downloads longer then 3 minutes and my m3u urls are correct in the m3u file
