I am in Dublin Ireland

is this a scam or is it really from emby

Hi, emby never tries to login to your server. There is no way for us to know who tried to login to your server. Do you recognize the ip address?

Right that's not a message that anyone sent you. That's just something built into Emby Server to inform you about it.

The devs will never attempt to do what you saw.  This means someone has gotten a hold of your Emby server address and possibly user accounts, and is attempting to login to your server.

Yea it could just be someone who found you via port scanner. Using a different port from the default as well as making sure your users have passwords, and hiding them from login screens are good steps to take.
