This has to be the worst company i have ever dealt I purchased a subscription and haven't been able to view only the forums.The login page the me my user credentials are not valid even after changing my password on numerous occasions.Customer support is useless 24 hours and still in the same place.

Hi there, are you trying to connect to your own Emby server, or someone else’s?

Hi.  Billing support has been trying to help you but not getting answers to the questions we are asking - like where is your server installed and can you connect directly to it.

As we explained, you don't connect to us in order to access your server.

We can continue the discussion here or in billing support if you can provide some more guidance.

Luke I am not even worrying about the server.I give up on that.Your representative said I don't need a server.How about about just fixing my login credentials so at least i can get into the app or whatever fix something.Let's start with why cant i access my account.

Don't know who told you that, but you certainly need a server: either your own or someone else's that has shared their server with you. From the sidelines, it appears as you've misunderstood what kind of platform Emby is (and it ain't streaming service), you need to have or know a server to which to connect to.

Hi.  Who told you that?  Billing support has sent you a link to our Quick Start documentation which explains exactly how we work.  There was also that statement on the page where you purchased.

Please let us know where you were told you didn't need a server so we can correct that.  Thanks.

Okay, it sounds like you are dealing with someone illegally using our product but I'm still confused because you purchased your key back at the beginning of October and I see it currently installed on a server.

What has humanity come to? Initially, there were outbursts, with others demonstrating a sincere willingness to offer assistance. However, there appears to be a noticeable shift in demeanor now, as if nothing is amiss. A gesture of gratitude, at the very least, would be appreciated. Do you not think so?

I wonder what kind of "gesture" you think Emby could make. It seems to me that Emby has responded well and correctly to the OP and that Emby only asked for quite reasonable information. It also seems that Emby is the actual injured party, if there is one, in this thread. 

I can attest that Emby works fine if you have a local server or have been granted access to someone else's. There are little flaws but nothing that prevents Emby from streaming my content.

I wonder what the OP expects Emby to do?

I think Sahne's remark is addressed to the OP, not Emby.

There seems to have been an outbreak of late of posts from people who either think that Emby is a streaming service, or who have no appreciation of why Emby insists the product is aimed at families.  The Emby staff are good at enlightening them politely (I'm probably more brusque when I happen to be the one to respond, but I hope not rude).

Correct. By no means was my remark towards Emby. They are doing a fantastic job.

i even can't understand, what the person trying to say. No clear problem are stated, how support supposed to help, lol? 

And the way he speaks, looks like translated ..... so some miscommunication could be inplace as well.
