Scan Library gives no results

I am new to Emby. The software looks great.

I added users on my synology and librarys.

But scanning the library takes only a second and there is no result.

I installed 4.7.14.0 on my DS920+ DSM 7.2.1.-69075.

Because I checked the forum first and so simular problems i followed the advice to install 4.8.0.62.
But even then I can not see my photos and Videos.

What am I doing wrong.

Hi, are those folders on the Synology?

If so then try setting up the libraries with the direct folder paths rather than the unc network paths.

You mean like F:\ of F:\photo\
That path could not be found.It is on the synology

Please check the screenshots in this and in the original message.

Can Synology access F:\photo? I don't think so, right? That's windows-specific.

I could add the recycle bin, but NOT the wij folder.

Can it be that there are to many subfolders or photos in this folder?

Why can't you add the wij folder? it's in your screenshot, no? Try removing it and adding it back without the trailing /.
