Emby v 1.8.0 for Apple TV on TVOS 17.2 does not retain folder view

I have encountered an issue with emby v1.8.0 on TvOS 17.12, i have set the emby users to view a certain library on Folder view and not Videos view.

Emby server Version 4.7.14.0 on windows.

Apple tv with Emby v1.8.0 on TvOS 17.1 retains the setting for users set for a certain library to view by folder and not video.

Apple tv with Emby v1.8.0 on TvOS 17.2 does not retain the setting for users that was set to view by folder, it always views by videos.
