Hi I was hoping someone could help me, I'm trying to get a tv guide on emby and I dont know if Ive done it right? The refresh seems to be stuck and it only shows the program guide to three channels. Have I done something wrong? I would appreciate any help. I'm very new to Emby and by no means a tech genius

How do you know it's stuck.

Are you looking at the progress bar? If so, it will show 15% for a long time, but is still processing the guide. One finished, the guide should be populated

Thank you yes its stuck on 15% and ha done for an age, I will leave it to see what happens

You can look in the logs and see that it is still processing the guide.

I have over 700 channels, all using Emby's Guide data, with 14 days of listings and it takes just over 3 hrs to import it all

Thanks mate its really appreciated. Wouldnt know what to look for in the logs but I'll trust that it is still downloading

Are the individual channels mapped to the tv guide?

What guide data are you using?

I dont know mate its just on emby, like I said I'm no tech wizard

I put in location Cb2, how do I map the channels to the TV guide? I'm using my IPTV provider

Where you setup the m3u and guide, click on channels. The channels that you do not have listings for, should say 'Mapped to' followed by epg for that channel

As an example, this is what one of my channels looks like when mapped

Right you may need to manually map tuner channels to guide data channels.
