Roku App doesn’t remember user/password or emby connect

Every time the app launches it forgets the username and password and the emby connect session. This only happens with Roku, none of our other devices or apps have this issue. 
 

Anyone know how to fix?

In the Roku app is a setting to remember the last user, have you enabled this?

No! I didn’t even realize that setting existed under advanced. Just switched it to remember.
