IPTV channels work on web app but not on Roku app

Hello,

I have been recently having issues with some of my IPTV channels opening fine on the webapp but not working on the Roku app. I get the loading circle, sometimes showing "26%" but then it disappears and nothing happens. Sometimes it reappears and disappears again.

I am attaching the server logs here.

Thanks for your help

Hi. There should be at least one and probably at least two ffmpeg files generated as well.  Can we please see those?

Hi.  If you disable hardware accelerated transcoding as a test, does it work?

Hi

Exact same issue when Hardware accelerated transcoding is disabled. Please note that this is only happening while watching on the Roku app, not via the web app.

Thanks

Is the web app also transcoding?
