Missing subtitles

Hello,

I've found out after several time that I'm missing subtitles not because of bad sub (aka they didn't sub) but because the LG TV App doesn't show them. It seems to happen at anything that isn't "normal" sub.

 

For instance in the following video, at 51sec, there's a subtitle with some art style that translate the episode name. It doesn't appear on tv.

It also happen when there's other style of subtitle and this totally break subtitle, you lose everything as long as it's "showed". Exemple of that is at 21min 04sec mark, you have a subtitle top right corner for the music and normal subtitle. None appear. But about 2 sec after, a subtitle flash on the bottom cause the song lyric disappear for an instance.

In this instance yes. These are ass subtitles, I'll have to check when I get it on other if it's ass, pgs or others and if internal.

If you play in the web app on the server machine, how does that compare?

The server is a docker with no monitor. If you mean using a web browser, it's working fine but it doesn't have the font style of the pc, but at least it's shown.
