Unable to connect to website emby.media

My server is running fine, I can connect to it remotely as can those with access.  

canyouseeme is successful.  If I go to the website emby.media i get an error message

Unable to Reach Server
We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again.
If you're trying to connect to an http address, your browser may not be allowing this. You may want to try one of the following:
Setup https for your Emby Server so that you can connect using https.
Use http://app.emby.media instead.

I try that app.emby.media and get the same result.

What could cause me or anyone else being able to access it via emby.meda page ?

Are you trying to access via browser? If so, maybe  your browser is force redirecting you to https, make sure that the actual address in the address bar states http://app.emby.media.

Hi the web browser is on https for https://app.media. That can be seen up at the top of the screen with the lock icon. 

Can you try http://app.emby.media instead, just as the on-screen instructions indicate? Thanks !

But you may find that the browser forces https even if you type http (this is a fairly recent change in Chrome originally, but now Firefox as well).  There are settings you can change to correct this, either once or permanently.  Try clicking the lock icon to find some of them.

I have the same problem when accessing it from my Google Chrome browser. The same error message appears. This has only been happening since yesterday, I don't know if it is a change in Chrome or on the Emby website.

Sorry for my spelling. I am using Google translate to be able to communicate in English.
