Add Server Event for Failed Backups in Email Notifications

Please forgive me if I somehow missed this request. I did search for it, specifically for "Backup & Restore Notifications" in the Feature Request forum, but I didn't find anything. I mentioned this in a previous post but I want to add it here as a feature request in the correct forum. Thanks!
